We made sound patterns

Last week the Prep children begun listening for and making musical patterns. We have noticed patterns in all the songs we love to sing. During our pattern workshops the children made patterns using body percussion. The children recorded their patterns using a code to assist with remembering the pattern.

square - slap your knees

triangle - stamp your feet
