Action Required: School Nursing Program
Today the children will be bringing home an envelope containing a questionnaire about your child's health for the School Nursing Program. Information about the program is enclosed. We ask that the questionnaire be filled out and returned to school sealed in the envelope by Friday 12th September. Thank you!
